USB Device Not Recognized error when connecting to PC
We have discovered an issue with the USB cable that was included with your 360fly. We have isolated the issue to older Windows hardware, specifically, the USB Host Controller on the Windows machine.
If you plug your 360fly into your computer to use the Director App or to backup/transfer files to your computer HDD and receive the following alert:
We suggest that you try a different micro USB cable that you may already have. A micro USB cable is a common cable that may have been included with your smartphone or tablet. This cable is also used for external hard drives and other popular peripheral devices.
We are working hard to resolve this issue, if you experience this, reach out to our support team and we will provide an updated replacement USB cable as soon as possible.
